Re: Website integration-Submitting applications to Bullhorn

Hello Lizzie, Bullhorn can set up a resume parser account for your client. Candidate submissions made, can be directly sent to this parser address and the system will then automatically parse the candidate into the system. You can integrate this parser address with other websites and products. Simpl...

Re: Web Response, Resume Parser, and Duplicate Candidates

Hello Brandon, The resume parser is the recommended methord for submitting web responses and having resumes parsed into your Bullhorn Database. If a candidate applies to 4 different jobs, sending in the resume 4 times, the system would only parse the candidate into Bullhorn once, but show multiple w...

Re: Aggregate methods

Hi Nick, You can run a query such as https://rest4.bullhornstaffing.com/rest-services/1hs/query/JobOrder?where=id>0&businessSectors.ID>0&businessSectors.ID>0&fields=id, title, businessSectors.ID&BhRestToken=xyzdd to get a list of jobs and their associated business sector ids. You can also get a list...

Re: OAuth - Getting user details after successful login

Hello connectleader,

Unfortunately there isn't a way to make a call and retrive information about the current user. REST does not have the ability to do this yet.

Thanks,

Re: Search by date range

Hi srdev, I ran a query on my end without grave accents on either side of the dateAvailable. So my query looks like https://rest4.bullhornstafing.comsearch/Candidate?query=dateAvailable:[2013-04-17T15:18:00-04:00 TO 2014-04-17T15:18:00-4:00]&fields=id,firstName,lastName,address,businessSectors(*),ca...

Re: Getting started

Hi Jason, To retrieve jobs that have the word ruby in them you can run a query such as https://rest4.bullhornstaffing.com/rest-services/[corpToken]/query/JobOrder?fields=id,title,status&where=title='ruby'&BhRestToken=[RestToken] I ran this query to look for jobOrders that contain the word Test in th...

Re: Unknown search entity JobOrder

Hi Jason, Your first entry regarding doing a basic search on the JobOrder title : https://rest2.bullhornstaffing.com/rest-services/XXXX/query/JobOrder?BhRestToken=YYYY&fields=id,dateAdded,publicDescription,skillList,title&where=title='*ruby*' is giving zero results because the apis are looking for a...

Re: How to search JobOrders?

Hi John,

As of now, there isn't a way to do a search on JobOrders. However, going forward we are moving towards search with JobOrders; our developer hasn't confirmed the exact date, but this will be implemented in the near future.

Thanks,

Soniya

Re: Country Name

Hi John,

There isn't any data saved that's visible; making it impossible to pull the Country Name for a job order doing a query.

Re: Unknown search entity JobOrder

Hi Jason,

Notes and Candidates are the two entities you should be running the 'search' function for. For the JobOrder, please use the query function.

Thanks,
