You can get the userId in a REST call. The following call returns the userId of the currently logged in user:

/setting/userId

I will update the documentation to list the subfields of the address field, including countryID. To set countryID, you first want to make a meta/Candidate?fields=address(countryID) call to see what the possible values are. These values are based on the Candidate field map. You'll get a response like...

If you have defined more than one redirect_uri and you want to use one other than the first one in the list, you can use the redirect_url in the /auth step but you also need to use the same redirect_uri in the /token step.

The session token expires in 10 minutes. That means you need to use it to get a session within 10 minutes. The actual session defaults to 30 minutes but you can set that to a different value with the ttl (time to live) query parameter.
