Re: Get the edit history of a field (DateAvailable)

Greetings Pieterardinois, You would want to look at the following documentation. These two calls would be able to get you the data you would need. http://bullhorn.github.io/rest-api-docs/entityref.html#entity-edithistory http://bullhorn.github.io/rest-api-docs/entityref.html#entity-edithistoryfieldc...

Re: Error PUTing resume

Greetings erezarnon, This is the code snippet from the online documentation. In the example below, the file is on candidate 5097909. Does this help? curl -X PUT \ -F "file=@samplefile.txt" \ https://rest.bullhornstaffing.com/rest-services/e999/file/Candidate/5097909/raw?filetype=SAMPLE&externalID=po...

Re: Problems with Merging Candidates

Greetings hnmsystems, An API call will override the existing data if you provide a target id. If you do not, the system will create a new record by default. If you are mass importing data, the system follows these steps to check for duplication. Depending on the type of record you are adding, Bullho...

Re: Attaching an applicant to a job

Greetings Erezarnon,

You would need to create a jobsubmission call in order to attach the applicant to the new job. If you need assistance in creating that call, there are several examples of successful jobsubmission calls in the forum.

Re: Info of integrating user

Greetings Erezarnon,

For your API access, you should be assigned a username, password, and API key. If you are looking for another user account, you should look in the Tools-Users list from within the application.

Re: Subscription Entities (Category)

Greetings DrJones, I realized I missed two of your questions, so I am just listing all three below. Is Category a supported entity name for a subscription? Not currently. Does it possibly use a different name such as Categories? Not currently. Do you have a list of all the supported entity names? Th...

Greetings DrJones,

Category updates are not included in standard subscriptions. You are able to make API calls for the Category metadata, but that is it.

Re: Company Credentials

Good Afternoon Pcarlson,

Every company will have a unique username and password for authorization. That way a single user would not be able to access multiple databases at the same time.

Re: [Oauth] Status code when the access token is expired/ already used

Good Afternoon josephaflredo,

Yes. You would need to regenerate the process, but the refresh token is a long lived token, so you should be able to use that instead of going through the entire process over and over again.

You can find more information here. http://bullhorn.github.io/docs/oauth/
