Subscription Entities (Category)

I currently use a subscription to track changes to different entities in Bullhorn. We've had this working for a long time with a number of entities including Candidate, ClientContact, JobOrder, Placement, and others. I've created a new subscription that now includes the Category entity. Example API ...

Re: Assignee not added to Task

You're right, that appears to be the right field. However, when I try to update it with this request: PUT "REST_URL/entity/Task/NEW_TASK_ID/childTaskOwners/CORPORATE_USER_ID" I get the following error: { "errorMessage" : "An internal error has occurred", "errorMessageKey" : "errors.internalError" } ...

Tasks created from API not sending reminder emails

I'm able to create a task from the API successfully and when I look at the task in Bullhorn, everything looks correct. However, the reminder email is not sent to the owner for these tasks. However, if after a task is created from the API, I go to the edit screen on the task and click Save without ch...

Re: Assignee not added to Task

TASK ID: 30
CORPORATE USER ID: 1

And here's the requests I'm making:

// Add task
PUT "REST_URL/entity/Task"

// Add assignee to task
PUT "REST_URL/entity/Task/NEW_TASK_ID/assignees/CORPORATE_USER_ID"

Assignee not added to Task

I added a task via the API and then added an assignee to that task via the API using the to-many association and I get a successful response when making these requests. However, the task does not have the assigned user set if you look at the task in the UI. And because of this, the user does not get...

Re: Saved Search Queries with Date Fields - 02378025

Also Greg, what do you mean by this comment? What token?

Then when I do a GET against the savedSearch the last 30 days (for example) token is retained.

Re: Saved Search Queries with Date Fields - 02378025

Hi Greg, Below is the query we are running to get a list of saved searches. Query 1: Saved Search https://rest2.bullhornstaffing.com/rest-services/1nk7d0/savedSearch?BhRestToken={resttoken}&start=0&count=500 For specific saved search objects that we retrieve from the above query, we then run a searc...

Re: Saved Search Queries with Date Fields - 02378025

Hi Greg,

Can you verify that a query for candidates that includes "dateLastComment:[last 30 days]" will work? This does not work for us, the "last 30 days" is invalid. Is there something else we need to do to make it work?

Re: Saved Search Queries with Date Fields - 02378025

Ok, I see now. So when a saved search is created within the Bullhorn app for past 7 days for example and then we call GET savedSearch, we get a query parameter such as: dateLastComment:[20161115 TO 20161122235959] However, this seems to be a bug because what we should be getting back is: dateLastCom...

Re: Saved Search Queries with Date Fields - 02378025

I've posted the full response below when calling the GET savedSearch API request. As you can see in red below, the date range is between 11/15 - 11/22. I just ran this today so I would expect it to be 11/22 - 11/29 since this is a saved search for the last 7 days. { "data": { "id": 16, "name": "Here...

Re: Saved Search Queries with Date Fields - 02378025

I tested adding saved searches via the application with a dateLastComment: last 30 / 60 / 90 etc. days. Those saved searches run using the correct range against your current date.] Did you test this by calling the GET savedSearch API call? It works correctly when we test the search within the appli...
