Re: Search on candidate status

Hi alipscomb1, It looks like I was able to identify your user and corporate environment so I won't be needing that direct message. I hopped in and had a look, and ran the following API call: https://rest33.bullhornstaffing.com/rest-services/1jv9u9/search/Candidate?query=isDeleted:0 AND NOT status:Pl...

Re:02606652: Search on candidate status

Hi alipscomb1,

I'm Dan with Bullhorn Support and I'll be assisting you on this issue.

On the face of it this call looks normal to me. I'd like to do some specific troubleshooting on your environment if that would be okay. I will private message you with details.

Warm regards,
Dan

Re: Delete APIs not working - 02584157

Hi Sonali, This is Dan with Bullhorn Support and I will be assisting you on this issue. Since we need a request from one of your support or account contacts to make this change I've created a ticket. Someone will reach out to John Matthews, your listed support contact, to confirm that this is okay s...

Re: Access placement record of a candidate through API- 02473964

Hi Ramya, I would go ahead and submit a support ticket on this. The error that you're getting indicates that the search index is inactive, which is a process that must be fixed on our end, but we'll need the specific company information to do so. You can also let me know via PM which company you're ...

Re: Add custom component in Placement entity - Overview- 02474017

Hi Saurabh, I'm Dan with Bullhorn Support and I'll be assisting you on this issue today. The 'custom component' field types do not exist for placements; this is why they're not showing up when you're looking via either the API or field mappings. We have no way of enabling these as placements work a ...

Re: How long does Bullhorn persist change events?

Hi Kazemi,

I'm Dan with Bullhorn Support and I'll be assisting you on this issue.

As far as we are able to tell, consumed events are permanent, as I have tested this and been able to retrieve events that were 2+ years old.

Warm regards,
Dan

Re: Access placement record of a candidate through API

Hi Ramyat, I'm Dan with Bullhorn Support and I'll be assisting you on this issue. The documentation is found at http://developer.bullhorn.com/sites/default/files/BullhornRESTAPI_0_2.pdf on pages 84 for the search, and 186 for the placement information. You will want to do a /search GET command for p...

Re: Second API key?

Hi Bahi, I'm Dan with Bullhorn Support and I'll be assisting you on this issue. It's possible to request as many API keys as you would like, but this needs to be done via a support ticket on your client's behalf. I would have them call/create a support ticket and we can definitely do this. Warm rega...

If this is prospective and you're not working with a specific ...

Re: Handling Address Wheres

Hi Caucusdigital, I'm Dan with Bullhorn Support and I'll be assisting you on this issue. So there's a few things here. First, you're much better off doing a search rather than a direct query on this. Your URL (taken from our test environment, your corp token and cluster number would be different), s...

Re: Subscriptions - only tracks last edit to entity for quick updates

Hi Jim, This is Dan again with Bullhorn Support. This is correct. The subscription generally used to track that there WAS an update to the record, not necessarily everything that has been changed. In most implementations, the existence of an event on a record will trigger the integration to just gra...

Re: Vacancy via REST API

Hey Dave, I'm Dan with Bullhorn Support and I'll be assisting you on this issue. Typically, Vacancies are what some of our clients call JobOrders; we don't have an entity specifically for them but it is what they have relabeled them as inside the Bullhorn UI. In this case, I would ask them to clarif...
