Re: Searching in Array

Hi Kinim0d,

MEMBER OF is restricted to certain association fields. The skillSet field is a string. So you would want to use a format such as this:

Code: Select all

GET /search/Candidate?fields={fields}&sort=-id&start=0&count=25&query=isDeleted:0  AND skillSet:(+Business) AND NOT status:Archive&&BhRestToken=

Re: Appointments for a specific JobOrder

Hi Maggsweb,

Appointments are one of the entities that you need to use a query for. This would be the stucture of the call:

Code: Select all

GET /query/Appointment?BhRestToken={token}&where=jobOrder.id=123&fields=id

Re: Candidate ID's on a bulk email

Hi Candell, When you specify a To-many association field to be returned, only the first 5 will be returned by default. But you can specify the number you want returned with a bracketed number like this: GET search/Note?&query=action:(GDPR Mailer)&fields=candidates[500]&start=0&count=10&BhRestToken={...

Re: Custom form field not getting passed through on the career portal

Hi Mistermanu,

The best place for your question would be on the Career Portal Git Hub: https://github.com/bullhorn/career-portal/issues

I would suggest you ask your question there and a member of the Open Source Career Portal Development Team will respond.

Re: Custom Tabs not working on customer's instance

Hi Bensmith1,

It would be best to have the client open a support ticket and put your contact information in it. Support can then reach out to troubleshoot the specific environment an will have authorization to make changes to the client's account as part of troubleshooting.

Re: OAuth Redirect URL issue

Hi Apimocha, I was able to check the Client ID you are using and you have just the default redirect URI of https://www.bullhorn.com. If you are not needing a redirect URI, you can leave that parameter off when making the O-Auth calls: GET https://auth.bullhornstaffing.com/oauth/authorize?client_id={...

Re: API not returning data

Hi Jahill78,

If you could share your GET calls, blanking out the corp and REST tokens, we can take a look to see what may be occurring.

Re: Read-Only API Account

Hi Ben,

The API user can have entitlements restricted in the same way that regular users can be restricted. It would be best to call into support to discuss the specific entitlements you want to restrict and we can create a new API usertype for that purpose.

Re: REST API Searching Different Entity

Hi Goutam, The dateAdded parameter would need to be queried using Epoch timestamps such as this for July 1st through the 31st: dateAdded>={1530417600000} AND dateAdded<={1533096000000} So your three queries would be: query/JobSubmissionHistory?BhRestToken={token}&where=dateAdded>={1530417600000} AND...

Re: Name is not populated while doing in REST api

Hi Ganeshprabhu, Yes you should populate the name field when creating a record. There is not any automaton when adding first and last name that will update the name field when you create the record. This is only done in app. If you leave the name field blank, where you would see the record in Bullho...

Hi Ryanpulson,

This can be an indication that Support needs to run some maintenance on the candidate index. Please open a ticket with Bullhorn Support so we can take a look.

Re: "ConstraintViolationException" while inserting new record which has same data as deleted one - 02645512

Hi Oshihari,

Only some entities can be hard deleted. Others such as the ClientContact can only be soft deleted where the isDeleted field is set to true.
