Candidate Direct URL - 02606646

Hey, Is there a way to get the candidate URL from the REST API? From the UI I can click "Copy shareable Link", but I don't see anything in the API documentation.

Thanks!

JobOrder HTML publicDescription

I have a question with regards to JobOrder's publicDescription field. I know from the '/meta/JobOrder' that the datatype is String, and the dataSpecialization is HTML. What we currently do is just send plaintext because we know that after a job is pushed through bullhorn, it may end up on a website ...

getting oauth tokens down?

Code: Select all

https://auth.bullhornstaffing.com/oauth/token?grant_type=authorization_code&code=XXX&client_id=XXX&client_secret=XXX&redirect_uri=XXX
Running the above query with appropriate values i'm getting a HTTP status 404 back from Apache Tomcat. This is breaking my production app right now.

Any ETA?

Re: Application Url

Hey Dave -- Thanks for responding. My use case is that I have a client that has many JobOrders that I'm pulling over. I'm not submitting candidates with this application, but would like to see where the final destination is so that I can forward them to that URL. Any experience with this sort of use...

Application Url

I'm trying to find the link where the candidate will eventually apply. I don't see it available in the fields from the REST API.

Anyone know where I can get the application url?

Re: Delta solution for integration

Using event subscriptions. First you create it, then you later poll it and it'll tell you which entities have changed. The following is a sample URL for JobOrders `${baseUrl}event/subscription/${subscriptionName}?BhRestToken=${bhRestToken}&maxEvents=${maxEventsConstant}&type=entity&names=JobOrder&ev...

This also tripped me up in the past. Other places in the API, it'll give you that error/warning.

Can the dev team add this error catch?

Re: Get List of Subscriptions - 02399153

Hello Kevin, You can not query for a list of Subs via APIs, nor can you increase your number of maximum subscriptions. You can delete a sub, see page 40 of our REST documentation: http://developer.bullhorn.com/sites/default/files/BullhornRESTAPI_0_2.pdf If you message me your Corp name I can provid...

Re: Additional Redirect URL

Hello @FlashRecruitKevin. The fastest and most secure way to do this is to have the client you are working with call or submit a ticket on your behalf to make these changes. Your client can also name you as someone to contact during the update if you have further questions. For security purposes I ...

Re: Additional Redirect URL

Hello @FlashRecruitKevin It's way faster to make a support ticket from the BullHorn webpage for such requets. Usually, they answer within a day. Full URL's are required Hey lokuber, we are a new developer partner and have been told to post on the forum? We do not have access to submit a ticket. I h...

Additional Redirect URL

Hello, We at FlashRecruit previously requested auth redirect URL's in this forum post. https://supportforums.bullhorn.com/viewtopic.php?f=104&t=23157. I was hoping to add additional URL's as acceptable urls. https://stage.flashrecruit.com/ https://flashrecruit.com/ Or if full URL's are required, the...

I've tried the following api call. {{RESTURL}}/search/JobOrder?query=isDeleted:0 AND assignedUsers:'Unassigned Smith' Through the Bullhorn UI, I've added my user "Unassigned Smith" to mulitple Job Orders, but can't seem to get t...

rest api integration

Are there any fully built out examples of code that have a full integration? From Oauth sign in, to getting entities, updating entities, creating, deleting? It would be helpful to see a fully built out example of what a full integration might look like. I know that there are smaller projects here, h...

Re: Throttling RestAPI calls

Hello @flashrecruitkevin When I try to retrieve multiples jobs in BullHorn, I use the "count" and "start" param which indicated how many objects I want to get for a single request. For exemple in PHP : $params = array( 'BhRestToken' => self::$session['BhRestToken'], 'fields' => '*, 'where' => $wher...
