Re: Integration With Power BI

Hello! Bullhorn uses an open API for integrations with partners and applications. We do not have a pre-designed integration with Power BI so to integrate them would be a task you or your developer would take on. If you are in need of credentials for API access, please submit a ticket with our suppor...

Re: Log in to the REST API

Hello! For this particular issue, I recommend submitting a ticket with the support staff. In order to properly troubleshoot this issue, we will need additional information that would be too sensitive to exchange in a public forum. If you are not an authorized contact for the company you are working ...

Hello! The Consent Tab is simply a customObject in terms of the API. On our developer page, there is an article about locating and interacting with our customObjects: http://developer.bullhorn.com/articles/customobjects . General API documentation is located here: http://bullhorn.github.io/rest-api-...

Re: Custom Tab not showing up in Developer Sandbox

Hello,

This is Jacob with Bullhorn Support. At the bottom of the custom tab edit screen (in View Layout), there is a field called User Types. This field must be populated with the user types that will have access to the tab.

Thanks!

Re: Edit / Delete the placement entity for a particular Job Order ?

Hello! I apologize in advance if I have misunderstood the question. Please correct me if I have. Placement records have fields that can and cannot be altered once the placement record is created. 'JobOrder' and 'Candidate' are two associations that are permanent once the placement is created either ...

Re: How to i add new states in Admin Interface ? - 02456520

Hello! The "State" field should be drawing from a picker (Picker:Text:State). This is set as the Edit Type to the field in the Field Mappings found under Menu > Tools. The other possibility is that the field has been modified to allow the manual addition/subtraction of available states. If this is t...

Hello, I apologize for the delay in a response to this thread. The fields that are missing are not fields that are actually part of the Note entity. Re: Feature 'bhInternalApi' not enabled

A way to pull a simple list of available Distribution Lists is to use the following GET call: https://rest2.bullhornstaffing.com/rest-services/1s2o10/options/DistributionList?BhRestToken=[TOKEN]&count=300 This will return with a list of Value/Label sets for each available Distribution List (value be...

Hello! The "lookup" function is not something we do not utilize any longer and the internal entitlement for this function is not active. We recommend using the "GET/find" function instead. Re: Searching Candidates by dateLastModified field not giving newly created candidates - 02320951

Hello! This is Jacob with Bullhorn Support and I am happy to assist. I pulled up a test database, created a new record, and then proceeded to test what you described. The first thing that caught my eye was the formatting of the dateLastModified field. Your time was recorded as dateLastModified:[2014...
