Re: I have a few questions I want to ask

Hi Celena, This is Mikaela from Bullhorn Support. While the refresh tokens don't expire, they will only valid until you generate the next one. A valid refresh token can be used to generate a new access token, which also gives you a new refresh token. Once you have a new access token, you can make th...

Re: How to use additionalJobCriteria

Hi CLUser,

This is Mikaela from Bullhorn Support.

I would try "values": [{ "id": 2000001}]. Since it is an integer you don't need quotes and the id should suffice.

Let me know if that works!

Hi jrimes,

This is Mikaela from Bullhorn Support. The Currency Format is a System Setting in Bullhorn and not a field that is accessible via API.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi mahadev,

This is Mikaela from Bullhorn Support. This is might be an indexing issue. I would recommend trying to re-save the record. If that doesn't work, can you please provide your username so that I can investigate further?

Thanks!

Hi thesearchbase,

This is Mikaela from Bullhorn Support. Please try leaving the redirect uri query parameter out and let me know if that works. If not, can you please send me the exact URL you are using.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Re: Can integrations automatically create custom actions/tabs/objects?

Hi byronfut, All of your custom objects are available via the REST API. The key to using the REST API to pull custom object data is knowing the object number as well as the entity the custom object is associated with (though in reality all of this can be pulled with a few API calls as well). More in...

Re: Idle instances giving "Failed to refresh access token" after 7 days

Hi emyly88, While the refresh tokens to do not expire, the access tokens do (perhaps this is the cause of the confusion). As a best practice, I would advise generating a new access token each time you are using the API and not leaving sessions idle. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have ...
