Re: How to know if multipleAssigneesAndContactsOnTasks corporation setting is enabled?

Greetings mahadev, As long as the only change you are making is modifying the contact Id to a select all *; this may indicate this is an unsupported command. I'd recommend entering all of you contactIds separated by commas or to just entirely delete the Task which will fully wipe all of the fields a...

Re: Need bullhorn/js/login.js files for Rest API Login page

Greetings kiranTIC, Are you utilizing the php code to insert the login credentials? Or are you getting the error after logging in on a web page front facing? Unfortunately, we do not support customized PHP code troubleshooting; however if you get an error message through a browser please let us know...

Re: How to know if multipleAssigneesAndContactsOnTasks corporation setting is enabled?

Greetings mahadev, It is possible that the task no longer has any ClientContactReferences? I noticed you deleted Contact 15323 off of task 140724, then ran the call against the same task that might not have a Contact anymore. Have you attempted the select all * against a different task with multiple...

Re: How to know if multipleAssigneesAndContactsOnTasks corporation setting is enabled?

Greetings mahadev, The multipleAssigneesAndContactsOnTasks is a system setting assigned on our end through a Bullhorn Support ticket. You should be able to CRUD on this field as usual. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Best, Mathew Finley | Analyst, Enterprise Support | Bosto...

Re: Duplicate Candidate Issue

Greetings Freshworks,

To implement this you would have to code to pull in the candidate information, do a search on email address (usually) and then make it add the existing candidate if it returned results; Else create a new candidate ID.

Best,

Re: Select which Private Label is used for the current API Session or call

Greetings brainwahve, That is correct the "privateLabelId" querystring parameter is applicable to privatelabelID centric calls. The demo call was from a colleague of mine an not off of the documentation. I tried a sample run of this and it doesn't seem to do anything. I think he crafted it just as a...

Re: Select which Private Label is used for the current API Session or call

Greetings brainwahve, You should be able to specify the specific Private label ID within your call. For example: https://rest2.bullhornstaffing.com/rest-services/9ttmp/services/Extensions/install?privateLabelId=15064 Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks! Re: Duplicate Candidate Issue

Greetings Freshworks, Could this be happening due to the applicant using different email addresses? I'd check the duplicate records front facing to see if they have different primary email addresses. If they are the same, I'd recommend implementing an email primary checker within your API logic to p...

Re: Select which Private Label is used for the current API Session or call

Greetings brainwahve, I'd recommend changing the primary private label on the API user itself front facing, then running your call. This method should allow you to grab all three separately. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks! Mathew Finley | Analyst, Enterprise Support...

Re: Assessment provider integration

Greetings irinaosf, If you are working with multiple Bullhorn enabled clients, you can have them open support tickets to make individual custom tabs. Just have them followup with the link provided and we can proceed from there. Thanks! Mathew Finley | Analyst, Enterprise Support | Boston Bullhorn Su...

Re: Assessment provider integration

Greetings irinaosf, The Candidate Assessment tab is a legacy feature of Bullhorn which is no longer being supported. Also it is not modifiable via REST, only via the older SOAP API. As an alternative, I recommend you open a case with Bullhorn support to create you a custom Candidate object module. M...

Re: OAuth for access to integration user data

Hi Joe, What you've mentioned towards the bottom of the post is correct. All of our Marketplace partners and external integrators do not sign into Bullhorn through a browser using the API Credentials. Although you physically can, this is not recommended per our best practices. The latter route is ho...

Re: OAuth for access to integration user data

Hi joehcr, Please see the answers to your questions below; 1. Any hypothetical Bullhorn client can enable and authorize a 3rd-party integration (whether in the Bullhorn Marketplace or not) - There is no specific 'authorization' for a client to utilize an integration. Once they request a key and API ...
