Re: Resume Count

Hi vipultandon, In Bullhorn under menu tools --> Field Mappings you can find the actual field name of "Resume" as it is probably a label for a field. (a call for metadata .../meta/Candidate will show you the same). Knowing what fields to search and call for you can construct a .../search/Candidate c...

Re: Get details of event subscriptions

Hi bashen and other readers, Odd it is, but not I am not really surprised. I indeed got the list via support. In the same ticket my questions were answered; - There is no other way to retrieve this than asking support - The only way to purge is to drop and recreate.... On the bright side.... The onl...

Re: Help working with Bullhorn API

Hi Pawel 12123, If your question is to do your work for you, I guess the answer is that no one here on this forum will do that.... You will need to rewrite the script yourself, but maybe we can help you to find the cause or get you on your way; What are the exact errors you get? Have you tried the s...

Re: Note Updation - Person Preference is not updated properly

Dear mahadev & rkaruppusamy, Just had a brainwave and it seems to work fine Here follows the (maybe not so temporary) workaround (or is it intended behaviour?); After the update, make 2 extra API calls: To associate a new lead PUT .../entity/Note/{noteid}/leads/{leadid_new}?BhRestToken=... To disass...

Re: Note Updation - Person Preference is not updated properly

Dear Bullhorn Support, I also tried to update to another Lead and Candidate via API and I am facing the same results for both. Insert as lead id: 16419 Update to lead id: 5465 GUI 1. It's still showing under tab notes of "16419", probably because there suddenly is a new "Additional Reference" in the...

Re: Retrieving CandidateEducation results in 404

Hi latestrelease,

This is an error for calling for a non-existing candidate (the entity).
Is it possible that ID of the candidate you are looking for doesn't exist?

Re: Get details of event subscriptions

BTW
I was on the phone with a Bullhorn engineer the other day; He could tell me at least how much subscriptions we created, so there must be a way!

Re: Get details of event subscriptions

Hi kingsley,

Thanks for your answer, and that is of course the first to check.
Unfortunately the docs are not always complete... I know some different methods I use are not in the documentation.

So the question remains....

Get details of event subscriptions

Hi fellow developers, I can create a new subscription, I can delete it and I can get the events from a subscription, but I can't seem to find the option to list/query all subscriptions itself (like in subscriptionid, entityNames, eventTypes) So, is there a way to get the details of event subscriptio...

Re: Is Commenting person required field in NOTE ?

Hi mahalaxmi I think you are capable of finding this one out on your own! It's clearly stated as "not null" (so required) in the API docs: http://bullhorn.github.io/rest-api-docs/entityref.html#note And if it's an actual update of a note; don't try to overwrite it with blank/null in the scrip...

Re: Missing and reappearing records

Hi Kingsley, Thank you for the reassurance! I sure do hope so, as I read from ivandevpartner it's almost 2 years since it was first noticed. When creating the ticket in March it appeared that the issue was completely new to Bullhorn, but apparently it was not. I appreciate the honousty in confirming...

Re: Resume Count

hi vipultandon, In order to help you, can you please give more details about "Resume"? Of course I know what a resume is, but "Resume" is not a standard implemented feature in Bullhorn. (most companies will use the filed "Description" under Candidate to store the resume of their candidates, it might...

Re: How to run a condition on a relation

Hi Candell,

You can achieve what you want with the following Lucene syntax
*:* AND NOT owner.id:1 ( = not equal to 1)
OR
*:* AND NOT owner.id:[1 TO 99999999] ( = not between 1 and 99999999)
