Re: Survey Association DTO Query

Hi lsawyer2, In short you cannot at this time. Unfortunately, at this time Survey Responses are not exposed via the API. The association described in the documentation is accurate with respect to how the data in related in the system, however, you will be unable to create or extract SurveyResponse e...

Re: File Attaching

Jitender, This is a case where you'd want to contact Support. You'll do this directly if you are a direct contact for one of our clients, or through our mutual client if you have been hired as a third party. We'd need to take a look a verify some of the details here and for security purposes we'd ne...

Re: Need API Key

loungelizard

You can get information on how to obtain an API Key if you call into Bullhorn Support. If you are working for a Bullhorn client then they will have to provide you with the key.

Are you still seeing this error at this time? You may have been impacted by a larger issue at the time affecting some operations.

Re: File Attaching

Hi jitender, It looks like you were impacted by an issue that affected some of our clients when uploading files via the Legacy API. When things like this happen, you should check in with Bullhorn Support. This should have went back to normal a week or so ago. You should be all set with this particul...

Hi sacsdev,

Is this still happening? Have you called into Bullhorn Support? What operation is being invoked at the time of the problem?

Re: Retrieving Certifications of a Candidate

There is currently no association for this record in the API. The only capability at this time is to do a query that pulls back the ids of all of the possible certifications so you can do a find.

I understand this is not what are you looking to do but I hope it helps.

Re: Querying Active Job List By Specialty And State

Hi djeanlouis, It appears you may have a slight misconception of what happens when you run the web services query operation. When you run query, the value(s) returned are the ids of the record that you are searching for. Also the query function only lets you manipulate certain parts of the SQL query...

Re: ParseResume w PHP

Hi collinja, We had some partial sample code floating around that worked for us, however, I can't be sure that it will work as is but I hope the following helps: So first the parseResume operation requires a file encoded in 64bit. PHP 4 and 5 have a function that will encode a binary string into 64b...

Re: Create a search

Hi aap3, I'm not 100% clear on what it is you're asking here, but I'll try to address your question as best as I can.Though we cannot help you with how to specficially implement the web services API for any particular purpose, it seems like what you want to use is the query operation. We recommend u...

Re: Null results on query by candidate email

Hi snrobot, I took a look at the user entitlements for SyndicateAPIUser and it has all of the entitlements necessary to pull back ClientContact and Candidate data. Are you still having this issue? If so can you post the SOAP request message that you are sending? What email are you searching for? Mic...

Re: DB Query error on UpdateProfileAPI.cfm

Hi Nicu, There is no documentation available specifically addressing the fields limits for the Legacy API call that you are using. However, there is documentation for our web services API which reflects the limits of the fields as they are in the main application. Those limits should apply. We highl...

Hi Jean, We apologize for the delayed response here. I'm unsure if this is still a question for you, but hopefully if it is this response will be helpful. The user name and password that you were given below are connected to a free account that you (or your developer) will use to access your Bullhor...

Re: GenericJDBCException: Cannot release connection

Hello Wolfec, Are you still seeing this issue at this time? When you've seen this issue occur have you been able to start a new session at the time? An error like this COULD be the result of a temporary issue on the Bullhorn servers. Going forward, it is worthwhile checking in with the Bullhorn clie...
