Re: Note added via API does not appear in Bullhorn

The getEntityNotes() operation returned the note IDs that we inserted today however they still dont show up in Bullhorn. When we use addNoteReference to associate them to the userid once again we get an error/alert that 'note reference already exist'. This confirms the correct association. I dont fe...

Note added via API does not appear in Bullhorn

Hi there, We did an update via API to add a new note and associate that to a candidate using the save method. I could see the data in a replicated database(provided by Bullhorn) that we have access to however, the new note does not appear in the Candidate's Note tab in Bulhorn. We have also executed...

Re: Invalid response returned by find operation

Jon - Unfortunately, I dont see detailed error when I debug. One thing I found out about these IDs: #369335;957910;1318245;1318246;1333606;1350422;1839354;1948661; is that these are all delete records(marked deleted i.e. isDelete=1 in BhCandidate table) in Bullhorn system. Is this a problem that I a...

Re: Invalid response returned by find operation

I believe there is no code issues on our side, its a data issue. When I debug, the error originates from the ap...

Re: Tearsheet permanent deletion issue

ok. How can we achieve this alternatively? We have 95000 tearsheets and the system is terribly slow to load Tearsheet data and we would like to reduce the table size by either archiving or perm deleting them.

Tearsheet permanent deletion issue

I am working on a web service app that uses Bullhorn API to delete mass tearsheets permanently(one by one though). I have set the isDeleted flag to 1 but it just flags the tearsheet as deleted instead of permanently deleting the record. I am not sure if I should use delele_me flag to achieve this. ...

Re: BHCandidate lookup - SSN

Never mind. It appears our DLLs were old and rebuilding them resolved the issue. It still does not make sense why some candidate id would give result and some give time out. Thanks for the help.

Re: BHCandidate lookup - SSN

This err occurs for a particular candidate ID when we try to inflate a candidate object to populate SSN & candidate's last name , firstname. We pass candidate ID , that is the parameter. I can send you the candidate ID # to your email address if you post it here.
