How to Filter Jobs by Category ID

We have a job search form on our website that has working filters for title, state, and some other fields. We would like to add a filter by top-level category. What string/field name should we put in the 'filterColumnX' field if we use the category ID in the 'filterX' field? We have tried externalCa...

Hi Jon,

I'm just writing to see if you have made any headway on this, or if you need anything else from me.

Re: Error Saving candidateReference Entity through API

Hi Jon, I tried the suggested encoding type and got the same error. I'm not 100% sure, but I think the corporationId is 2174. - This is the ownerCorporationID that I get when viewing a candidate. The candidateId is 35077. The candidateReference that I'm trying to update is 8250. Thanks for your help...

Get Userid of New User from AddUserProfile API

We have a form that submits to Update/AddUserProfilesAPI.cfm and creates a new Applicant. Is it possible to get the API to return the Userid of the newly created user in the response? [EDIT] To clarify, our end goal is to create a new user and link it to a job. Our approach is outlined below, but if...

Re: Candidate Capture API Not Working

Hi Andrew,

I found the problem; Our form was not setting the profileType to Applicant, so the submissions were being stored as Contacts, instead of Candidates/Applicants.

Thanks for your time.

[SOLVED] Candidate Capture API Not Working

Is the Candidate Capture API broken? After submitting the Candidate Capture form from our website, I receive a Success message (Thank you. Your application has been processed.), but the candidate does not get added to the system. I'm assuming this because I do not see the new user when doing a searc...
