Re: 2.0 API - Updating specialties

Hello David, Sorry for the delay. I spoke with our product manager and they did change functionality by separating the categories and specialties. You should get all functionality with either one, but you will need to treat them as distinct entities. Please let me know if anything is not clear or if...

Re: Error when running script against BH_SKILL

Hello Anand, The view that you are attempting to execute is attempting to read data from a central configuration database. There is confidential data in this database so, we cannot simply provide you with the backup. If you need the information, please open a ticket with Bullhorn support requesting ...

Re: WebServices 2 parseResume fails with host parameter is null

Hello Traejen,

The url that you are using is for the staging environment - can you have someone at your company follow up with your implementation representative in order to investigate this issue?

Thanks,

Re: SELECT

Hello Dasani, There is no facility to do a "select column from entity". You will need to retrieve the entity ids of the entities that you are interested in via the query operation, then execute a find operation to retrieve the DTOs of the entities. You can then just reference the property of the dto...

Re: API Subscription Issue

Hello Alihumad, The exception that is produced when you include the question mark itself sounds like a compilation error (Compiler Error Message: BC30037: Character is not valid). Are you sure that you have the question mark in the correct position? Reading up on VB.NET, it looks like the question m...

Re: API Subscription Issue

Hello Alihumad, A disclaimer - I am not a VB.NET developer, you may have better luck on a VB.NET forum as this issue is in compiling your code, not in the interaction with Bullhorn. The exception "Compiler Error Message: BC30037: Character is not valid." seems straight forward - the question mark (?...

Hello Sanjay, The exception that you provided is stating that it cannot hit the WSDL. So, there sounds like there is a connectivity issue and your application cannot connect to the WSDL. You will need to investigate this issue on your side. As for the wordpress integration. We do not have examples o...

Re: Job Submission Status Change History

Hi Cirilo, Bullhorn's web services provide a facility to retrieve the current state of data and make changes to the data, there is no facility to retrieve historical information about changes to entities. However, we do expose event operations that allow a user of Bullhorn's web services to subscrib...
