Re: Authorization redirect to home page

Hi Exekute,

When you arrive on the redirect URL, the code should be contained in the browser URL window. Here's an example:

Code: Select all

Re: Account Is locked.

Hi cristopher,

You will need to have an authorized contact call Bullhorn Support or submit a ticket via the Bullhorn Resource Center in order to have this resolved. One of our analysts will be able to unlock your account and assist with providing or updating credentials.

Re: Direct URL links

Hi cowlinb6,

I don't believe we have anything documented on that. Generally speaking, clients prefer not to give any public access to Bullhorn records / pages.

Re: refresh token vs new authorization

Hi vlaad, We recommend using the refresh token because it reduces the number of calls you have to make in your code to authenticate a new session. Rather than starting at the first step of the oAuth process, you can simply use the refresh token to request a new access token. In the response, you're ...

Re: Problem in getting the access token for API

Hi jcmanlangit, Are there any other individuals or applications using the same combination of API user credentials and oAuth keys? If so, that's likely the issue. When an auth code is generated for a given combination, any previously issued codes are invalidated. Often this is a caching issue with t...

I'm seeing on other threads that you're having trouble creating a subscription.

Can you post your request and the corresponding response here?

Re: How to fetch only updated entity data?

Hi kevivmatrix,

You can use an event subscription to monitor data events for an entity or set of entities.

This is located in the documentation starting on p.34: http://developer.bullhorn.com/sites/def ... TAPI_0.pdf

Re: Invalid Client ID

Hi rswyatt,

If you're receiving this error, there could be something wrong with your REST credentials on our end. An authorized contact can submit a ticket via the Bullhorn Resource Center or call our main Support line. One of our analysts will be able to assist.

Re: How to manage Distribution field in Resume upload?

Hi Somnath,

After further review, we have decided that we will not be devoting development resources to fix this issue. Management of this field for files will need to be done by users within the application.
