Re: Filter option not working in Person entity.

Good Afternoon Senthur123,

I apologize for my confusion, but what specifically are you attempting to accomplish with this call? Once I have more clarification, I will be able to more readily assist you.

Re: How to Find dependency fields in REST API

Good Afternoon Senthur123,

The APIs do not carry the same dependencies as the in app fields. The only requirements are that all non null fields need to be filled out. These fields are documented on the API Entity Reference page.

Greetings Otesdev,

If you are continuing to have difficulties with retrieving your candidate submission data, would you please post the API call you are using to try to pull this data? Thanks!

Re: Drupal integration issues

Greetings Digitaltouch,

You are definitely able to attach .doc and .docx files using REST.

Please review the following documentation for further assistance.

Re: Attach File to : 02543054

Greetings Boothisman,

There is no specific "attach file to" option in the APIs. You would want to pull the file id, and then use a Put to attach the file onto the new record.

If any other forum members have a better method, I encourage them to post here.

Re: Programmatically approve terms of service?

Hello Kazemi, I apologize for the delayed response. The Terms of Service is automatically enabled whenever a new set of API credentials is generated, and Bullhorn does not provide a programmatic way to bypass this authorization process. The Terms of Service can be exempted on a one off basis, but su...

Re: Issue on save country in address field on clientcontact object

Hello Everyone, If you experience this issue, you can do one of two things to bypass the existing block. The first option is to fill out the state field with a non-United States associated state, which will allow the country to be saved. The second option is to run a POST immediately after completin...

Re: Issue on save country in address field on clientcontact object

Hello Scott,

In my previous testing, I found that you need more than just the country in the address.

I would also suggest you open a ticket for this. We can then discuss your code and any further testing.

Re: Issue on save country in address field on clientcontact object

Good Morning ArunrajM, I ran some tests. My code updated the state to the full state name. This kept the country as India. {"address":{"address1":"ad1","address2":"ad2","city":"Madurai","state":"Tamil Nadu","zip":"626130","countryCode":"IN","countryName":"India","countryID":2262},"owner":{"id":"2"},...

Re: How to send e-mail notifications to job consultants after online responses?

Good Morning KillerWork, How you notify the job owner is really up to you and your client. You could use the apis to add a note on the job, and use the internal user association field, or just email the job owner directly from your website. Without more specific information, my hands are somewhat ti...
