Re: Subscription - How to find out user that made the update?

Good Morning jimh88,

I apologize, I was not specific. REST APIs are not able to access EditHistory tables. I was speaking of using the SOAP APIs for these specific checks.

Re: Cannot get dowload file url

Good Afternoon paumonserry,

That type of integration would need to be completed outside of Bullhorn. It is possible that one of our other contributors can help you design that functionality, but we do not have anything out of the box, which would allow this type of file hosting.

Re: Subscription - How to find out user that made the update?

Good Morning Jimh88,

In order to determine which user made an update, you will need to look at the individual WorkHistory entities. If you need assistance with this, please let me know.

Searching the REST Forums

Hello Everyone, With the recent increase in activity, I wanted to remind everyone that this forum has a robust search tool, and hundreds of individual threads. While we in Bullhorn Support strive to respond to every post within the same business day, it is entirely possible that your question has al...

Re: Email Activities missing from Data Dump

Good Afternoon Bouynxdor,

Emails are definitely included in the standard backup. A full backup would include all attachments, but it would also include any emails held in Bullhorn.

The following forum post may be able to help your team.

Re: Publishing and isPublic field - 02314706

Good morning Philipjfulcher,

You can either run an API update, or manually change the field in Bullhorn. Your client would need to make the field available first, but it is a viable option.

Re: iFrame customization help - 02314707

Good Morning JLD525, This question is outside of the basic code support provided by our Support Team. We can link you to our development team for code consultation, but standard rates would apply. I am otherwise happy to leave this thread active in case any of our other forum members are able to ass...

Re: Publishing and isPublic field - 02314706

Good morning Philipjfulcher,

This can happen when a job is copied. A copied job will pull the isPublic = 1 setting even if it is not technically published to any website. That is the most likely cause in a case such as this one.

Re: Having trouble establishing first connection

Good Morning Lokuber, I understand your confusion. REST takes some getting used to. For your question, I would request that you take a look at the Bullhorn Developer site. There are multiple articles on the site to help bootstrap the learning process. In your case, I would suggest one of the followi...

Re: Filter by id not working for primarySkills in Candidate

Good Afternoon Max_max_mir,

I would suggest double checking the Ids themselves. We recently updated the way we hold skills in our database, and that may have impacted the skill reference ids you are looking to find.

Good Afternoon Max_max_mir, Thank you for your post. As Colin stated, this is perfectly acceptable. Re: can't find skillid list and category id list mapping for contact list

Good Afternoon Latfikhan771, The answer depends entirely on when your backup was created. Prior to a recent database change, skills were not included in the backup structure, and needed to be provided independently. Now, this is no longer the case, and the skills table is included in the backup. Whe...

Re: Tables (with brief descriptions)

Good Morning Latifkhan771, Hotlists are not an actual entity in Bullhorn, but they are another term for Tearsheets. Going off of that assumption, per the table breakdown, these would be the areas you would want to search. BH_ShortList - Parent tearsheet table BH_ShortListGrouping - Stores Tearsheet ...
