Hello Mtsuji,

Only account and support contacts with Bullhorn clients are authorized to open Support Tickets. If you are a developer for a Bullhorn client, you will need your contact at that company to open a ticket on your behalf.

That is a connection timeout error. These can occur for a variety of reasons, but in general, a retry of the call should successfully go through.

Good Morning Senthur,

Timezone is held on the User edit page. If you open the Tools -> Users menu, then open the Bullhorn user account, you can update it there. If this does not fix the issue, you may need to open a Bullhorn Support ticket.

Bullhorn does not currently support any direct integration with Wordpress sites. Please use the utmost due diligence with your data whenever using a third party solution not fully vetted via the Bullhorn Marketplace.
