Re: Not able to generate access token using Referece Token - 02289277

Good Afternoon Senthur123,

The error message associated with your URL indicates that your REST token has expired. Are you able to refresh your session?

Re: Pull new events after a backup - 02518841

Good Morning Maguero74, The REST documentation is currently up to date regarding the edit history options. If a given entity is not currently included in the list of accessible fields, that does not mean it will never be included, it is just not accessible at this time. In terms of searching by date...

Re: Max Session TTL

Good Morning Kazemi, There is an optional ttl parameter on the GET /login call. If you do not use make any adjustments to the default, the BhRestToken will be valid for 10 minutes. For any additional information, please see the following link. http://bullhorn.github.io/rest-api-docs/#partner-login-u...

Re: Could not access HTTP service error

Good Morning Kazemi,

That is a connection timeout error. These can occur for a variety of reasons, but in general, a retry of the call should successfully go through.

Re: How to create a note via the REST API 02409991

Good Morning Senthur,

Timezone is held on the User edit page. If you open the Tools -> Users menu, then open the Bullhorn user account, you can update it there. If this does not fix the issue, you may need to open a Bullhorn Support ticket.

Bullhorn Support Forum Update

Hello Everyone, Over the past few years, almost all topics on the Bullhorn Support Forums have seen increasingly diminished activity. This is heavily due to Bullhorn's focus on the Resource Center, E-Learning Modules, and Training Videos available on our Customer Portal . The only outlier to this tr...

Re: "Project Page" Entities

Good Afternoon Kazemi,

I would suggest asking your client for additional information. That naming convention is not standard for a Bullhorn environment, so we would need more data before being able to direct you properly.

Re: Accessing corp user last login or activities?

Good Afternoon JimH88, At this time, there is not API access into the User Login Table. You can use the User Activity Report for some data, but there is not an existing report, which would pull all of the login data. In terms of next steps, I would suggest adding your suggestion to the Product Feedb...

Good Morning BernardoReis,

Are you using the same OAuth for both clients, or are you using client specific REST credentials?

Re: Find Candidates matched with Job

Good Morning vxl123,

You would want to run a GET /search for JobSubmissions and WebResponses related to the specific Job ID. That should pull back the information you are looking for.

Re: Issue with userHeadshotFile: commercialEnabled not enabled

Good Morning visco29,

I would suggest just using the standard GET / PUT file systems. While userHeadshotFile is available, it is not the primary way to add files into Bullhorn.

Re: Accessing corp user last login or activities?

Good Afternoon jimh88,

This data is freely available to all Admin users, who have access to the Tools -> Users menu. Just open the user account in question, and scroll to the bottom of the page. The full login/activity breakdown is located on that page.

Re: Subscription - How to find out user that made the update?

Good Morning jimh88,

I apologize, I was not specific. REST APIs are not able to access EditHistory tables. I was speaking of using the SOAP APIs for these specific checks.

Re: Cannot get dowload file url

Good Afternoon paumonserry,

That type of integration would need to be completed outside of Bullhorn. It is possible that one of our other contributors can help you design that functionality, but we do not have anything out of the box, which would allow this type of file hosting.
