Re: Issue with userHeadshotFile: commercialEnabled not enabled

Good Morning visco29,

I would suggest just using the standard GET / PUT file systems. While userHeadshotFile is available, it is not the primary way to add files into Bullhorn.

Re: Accessing corp user last login or activities?

Good Afternoon jimh88,

This data is freely available to all Admin users, who have access to the Tools -> Users menu. Just open the user account in question, and scroll to the bottom of the page. The full login/activity breakdown is located on that page.

Re: Subscription - How to find out user that made the update?

Good Morning jimh88,

I apologize, I was not specific. REST APIs are not able to access EditHistory tables. I was speaking of using the SOAP APIs for these specific checks.

Re: Cannot get dowload file url

Good Afternoon paumonserry,

That type of integration would need to be completed outside of Bullhorn. It is possible that one of our other contributors can help you design that functionality, but we do not have anything out of the box, which would allow this type of file hosting.

Re: Subscription - How to find out user that made the update?

Good Morning Jimh88,

In order to determine which user made an update, you will need to look at the individual WorkHistory entities. If you need assistance with this, please let me know.

Searching the REST Forums

Hello Everyone, With the recent increase in activity, I wanted to remind everyone that this forum has a robust search tool, and hundreds of individual threads. While we in Bullhorn Support strive to respond to every post within the same business day, it is entirely possible that your question has al...

Re: Having trouble establishing first connection

Good Morning Lokuber, I understand your confusion. REST takes some getting used to. For your question, I would request that you take a look at the Bullhorn Developer site. There are multiple articles on the site to help bootstrap the learning process. In your case, I would suggest one of the followi...

Re: Filter by id not working for primarySkills in Candidate

Good Afternoon Max_max_mir,

I would suggest double checking the Ids themselves. We recently updated the way we hold skills in our database, and that may have impacted the skill reference ids you are looking to find.

Re: Custom Reporting Tool with Bullhorn Data

Good Afternoon Max_max_mir, Thank you for your post. As Colin stated, this is perfectly acceptable. I would also suggest applying to be an official Bullhorn Marketplace partner via the following link. http://www.bullhorn.com/marketplace/partner-application/ I would include the fact that you have bee...

Re: IFrame customization

Good Morning AshishM,

I am going to move your post into the API forums.

While we in Bullhorn Support do not generate code, we have several forum members who have built Iframe customizations in the past, who may be able to help.

Forum Topic Updates

Hello Everyone! You may have noticed that your Forum Topics are being updated with a random string of slowly increasing numbers. These numbers are for our Support Team's internal ticketing system. It tells us, at a glance, that the forum thread is currently being looked at by one of our API staff me...

Re: UNKNOWN_INTERNAL_ERROR

Good Afternoon DaveNorthCreek, What we have found is that this error most often occurs when trying to update a candidate record, which has a countryID field set to a null value. It is generally either that, or if you are missing a required field. Those were the only two scenarios we have seen in the...

Re: Seeing resume html in binocular view for Candidates - 02242205

Good Morning Annehiatt, The binocular view only looks at the candidate's "description" field. If you are looking to have an attached resume file push to the binocular view, you will need to add code to parse that document into the candidate's "description." If you need any additional help, please le...
