Re: Not able to generate access token using Referece Token - 02289277

Hi Senthur, I'm Dan with Bullhorn Support & I'll be assisting you on this issue. Typically you will get this message because you are attempting to do a 'to many' association which works a bit differently from a normal field update. Are you able to provide me with the raw REST call that you are makin...

Re: Candidate Entity: metadata : Not showing the multiselect option

Hi ashishm, I'm Dan with Bullhorn Support and I'll be assisting you on this issue. If you append &meta=full onto the end of your call, you will receive a larger response: { "entity": "Candidate", "entityMetaUrl": "http://rest2.vip.bos.bullhorn.com/rest-services/9ttmp/meta/Candidate?fields=*", "label...

Re: How to create a Note using REST PUT call

Hi 93ashfaq, I'm Dan from Bullhorn Support and I'll be assisting you on this issue. It looks like the primary problem here is that you are using an entity/candidate call, when what you would really want to do is use an entity/note call. The raw call on this should look something like: https://rest2....

Hi burlesona,

Refresh tokens do not have a timeout.

Hope this helps!

Re: How to filter on lastModifiedDate field of CorporateUser

Hi asishM,

The dateLastModified is not a field that exists on the corporate user record, so this is why you are not able to pass values to it. With REST, you must specify a range, rather than greater or less than. Hence, in the example the TO operative is used. Hope this helps!

Thank you,
Dan

Re: How to get Entity records count using REST API

Hi ashishM, While there is no call specifically to find out how many of a certain entity there are, we can do a search for client contacts (or any other record that is a soft delete, such as candidate or job order) and specify that we want to see the non-deleted records. This looks like: https://res...

Re: How to filter on lastModifiedDate field of CorporateUser

Hi ashishM, Apologies. dateLastModified is not a valid CorporateUser field; this value is not something that we track on Bullhorn user accounts in particular, though it does work with other records such as jobOrders, where the search/query would look like: https://rest2.bullhornstaffing.com/rest-ser...
