The data is not hex, it is compressed binary. This string has all the details needed to decompress.

Re: Can't find reference checks in our back up

Sorry for the delay in responding, there was an issue with the notification on the site. The "Ref Ck" tab is most likely a custom tab, which is stored in the BH_UserAttribute table. This data is stored using field and table IDs from a master table. For assistance in getting the ID mappings, please c...

Re: CategoryID

Categories are stored in a meta table, so they are not in your client backup. If you need a list of the IDs, please open a support ticket and a list can be provided to you.

Re: How to find the record types

Aparna,

Can you be more specific on these "record types", that appears to be a renamed field.

A screenshot or a step to see it in the system would help.

Also, what is your corpID?

Re: ClientCorporation Owners

Client company records do not have owners strictly. In the application, the owner list of a company is pulled from the list of owners of all contacts at that company.

Re: Location of User Defined Fields in backup

hoover,

I will need specifics on what you cannot find.

The customText, customInt etc fields are in the BH_userCOntact tables. this table is shared by all person entities (candidate, contact, internal) and extended by the relevant tables (BH_Candidarte, BH_client, BH_CorporateUser respectively)

Re: Location of User Defined Fields in backup

The lists do not map to an entity, they are just a display of that entity.

For example, Candidate list view the candidate entity. (BH_Candidate)

Re: Location of User Defined Fields in backup

hoover,

Those are not fields, they are entities, are you not even able to find the tables involved? If not, there is a sticky topic on this forum with pointers for the major entities.

Re: Location of User Defined Fields in backup

hoover,

By user defined field, you mean custom fields (ie customText2)? If so, your client has access to a tool called Field Maps where they are defined.

Ed,

Unfortunately our Databases platform has been completely upgraded to SQL Server 2014 and we cannot provide the backup in previous versions of the software.

Re: Duplicate Report with SQL Backup

Chris, Many reports pull statistics such as you are looking at in different ways with different filters based on a variety of factors. So it is hard to give you an exact query for that report. Our support or PS teams (if the report was custom) should be able to give you a breakdown of the report in ...
