To get the entire text of the note, you will need to open up the message body of the email. This is stored as a compressed binary in the BH_UserMessage table.

The file structure is retained in the backup archives. The data in the BH_UserWorkFile table will correspond to the file structure in the archive.

A private Label is an interface that controls your field layouts and labels. Customers can have multiple private labels or ("skins") for the same system.

Template add/edit will be available for some time into the deprecation period in order to not lose functionality. Messaging will be forthcoming with details to those clients affected.

Correct on both accounts, but if the number dont add up, send a couple ID numbers and your CorpID and I can determine the cause of the discrepancy for you.

The ClientCorporation table does not have a isDeleted column. There is no concept of a soft deleted ClientCorporation, the appplication views a valid ClientCorporation as one having a linked Contact (BH_Client.clientcorporationID).
