Re: .bak Conversion

I was just able to convert the file with the supplied password. The password is in the email you were sent with the FTP password.

The line you are looking for begins like this:

"Password to convert SQB2MTF: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX"

Re: Placing Emails to Original Inbox Subfolders in PST

Sorry for the delay in responding, there was an issue with the forum notifications. The messageFolderID column in the BH_MessageRecipient table stores the information for the folder that the message resides in. In the BH_MessageFolder table, the userID column is the owner of the folder. The BH_Messa...

Re: Tables (with brief descriptions)

Andy,

This information is in the main post.

BH_ClientCorporation has the company information and the Contact data is found in 2 tables BH_UserContact joined to BH_Client using userID column. The contacts join to the company via a clientcorporationID column on BH_Client.

Re: Save UserTemplate data

The UserTemplates and UserTemplateAttribute (fields) are fully read write entities using SOAP 2.0 and above. The data for these templates, that is linked to user records (job and company templates as well) i...

Re: Save UserTemplate data

Yes, in versions 2.0 and 2.5, there is a UserTemplate entity.

You can find information about this entity in the SOAP documentation. Here is the direct page for this entity: http://developer.bullhorn.com/doc/versi ... mplate.htm

Re: Attachments help

Not all candidates will have a resume file attached.

If you want the resume text, use the description field on BH_UserContact.

Re: Attachments help

Files that are directly linked to candidates/contacts will ONLY be in the BH_UserWork and BH_UserWorkFile tables.

The other files might be resumes, but they are files linked to emails.

Re: Attachments help

Yes, you need to join to the BH_messagercipient table using the usermessageID to get the recipients. There will be a row per sender and recipient in that table.

Re: Attachments help

To get counts, you write sql queries to count.

To determine the links, the filenames are mapped to the BH_UserworkFile table. (userWorkFileID)

Re: Attachments help

UserWorkFiles are files linked to candidates, contacts, jobs and placements. The join is BH_userwork to BH_userworkfile via the userworkID. To get to the candidate/contact use the userID column. If it is linked to a job or placement, the link will be in the same table. UserAttachments is files linke...
