BH_Client.comments

You would join BH_UserContact to BH_Client with the userID column.

mbarklgovig, The comments is not a field on the Contact Entity, do you know what the field name is from your company's field mapping tool? Usually, companies will use the Description field on the Contact (BH_UserContact.description) as the comments field for a contact, but I would have to know the f...

IP Address Change (ftp.bullhorn.com)

In 2 weeks, on Friday November 8th, we will switch the IP for ftp.bullhorn.com from its current IP (72.85.155.71) to a new address (204.15.171.71).

Please change any whitelisting or exclusion rules accordingly.

Unfortunately, we are not equipped to troubleshoot the FTP client application, but it would seem to me that a retry got past the error, if the file is still going.

Most systems do not import perfectly from one to another. Most often the data needs to be converted from one format to another, along with some pruning before moving between systems. Often the work is done by in house technical resources or the professional services team for the new system.

The bullhorn backup is delivered in a sql server backup format.

Unfortunately, the BH Backup is a full SQL Server backup of the database, so it is not something that can be converted to excel. You will need a version of SQL Server (there are free developer or express editions) to open the file.

The data replicator is the only way, there is no outside access allowed to your production database.
