Query for CorporateUser by CorporationDepartment

Hi, I'd like to query for internal users (CorporateUser) by department (CorporationDepartment). However I don't see the primaryDepartment property listed on the CorporateUser. For example, something like the following HQL: from CorporateUser cu where cu.primaryDepartment.id = 1234 Is there a way to ...

Job Status History

Hi, Is there a way to access the history of a job's status and the date it changed? I'm looking to access the information that shows up under the Status History of the Activity tab for a Job? I didn't see anything in the Webservices API documentation, but I wanted to check on the forum in case I mis...

Re: Candidates saved as Internal Contacts

Hi tsantos83, I've exeperienced similar behavior as you. Creating candidates via the web service API creates the candidate record, but also creates a Corporate User record as well. See my post a while back regarding this issue. A patch was deployed to keep these candidates with corporate user record...

Re: Password Expiration for Web Services API User

That's perfect because I'm using a dedicated user for starting sessions to the web services API and will never login to the Bullhorn web app with this user.

Thanks for your response.

Re: Password Expiration for Web Services API User

Any suggestions for this issue would be appreciated.

Is everyone just using non expiring passwords (e.g., maximumPasswordAge = 0)?

Thanks,

Password Expiration for Web Services API User

Hi, My company requires that our Bullhorn users reset their passwords every 30 days so we've set the maximumPasswordAge to 30 under Tools > System Settings which applies to all users. I was wondering how people are maintaining the password for the user used to login to the web service? Right now I h...

Re: Attach File API not populating CV/Resume field

I tried a different file that was an actual resume and it worked fine. The original file I used just had the text "test resume" as its content.

Seems there's logic that conditionally updates the CV/Resume field based on the quality of extraction?

Thanks,

Scott

Attach File API not populating CV/Resume field

Hi, I noticed while doing some regression testing today that the legacy Attach File API is no longer populating the CV/Resume field on the Candidate Overview tab. This was previously working fine. I've had no changes to my code that sets the "updateResumeOverview" form field to "TRUE". To confirm th...

parent business sector

Hi, I noticed that the BusinessSectorDto has a property named parentBusinessSectorId. I queried for all of our business sectors and noticed that the parentBusinessSectorId is always zero. We do have the notion of a parent business sector and child business sector, but I don't believe we had it set u...

Job Application Notification

Hi, I'm moving from the HTTP Job Application API to the Web Services API where I create a JobSubmission and associate it to a JobOrder. The HTTP Job Application API allowed you to pass a comma delimited list of user ids to be notified (the notify form parameter). Is there anything equivalent in the ...

Re: Job Application not Notifying

Hi, Do you have a status on patch #220208? Has it been pushed to production? I'm experiencing the same behavior as Jessica. My PL id is 2010. I'm using Java to programmatically post the job application form to Bullhorn. The job application is accepted and shows up under the web response for the job,...
