SurveyResponses Entity

Hello,

The Survey entity is associated with a SurveyResponses Entity, but I don't see this entity in the documentation (or in the API). Is there such an entity and if so, where can I find documentation on it?

Re: Why do Note and JobSubmission not have updatedProperties?

Hello, Any updates on the above? The problem I am having is this - I am trying to update specific properties in a local database based on what has been updated on the entity. For many entities, I get an 'UDATED' status with no updatedProperties, so I have no way of knowing what column to update (oth...

Re: Notes association with 'Person' entity

Thanks for the quick response. How do I determine if the person is a Candidate, a Contact or a User? Since all I have is the ID, it could be any of the three. For example, I get a Person ID with 1234, and there exists a Candidate, a Contact and a User, with UserID 1234. How do I know which of these ...

RESOLVED: Notes association with 'Person' entity

Hello,

When I run getNoteReferences, I get a 'Person' entity. Is this the same as Candidate, or can it be ClientContact or CorporateUser (since they are persons too)?

Why do Note and JobSubmission not have updatedProperties?

I've noticed that Note and JobSubmission entities don't have updatedProperties although the entityEventType shows as "UPDATED" for subscriptions to these entities. Why is this so, and how do I know what fields were updated for these entities?

Deleted Association

Hello, When an association is deleted, how do I know? Would it show up as "UPDATED" in the subscribed events for an Entity? For example, CorporateUser has Notes associated with it, but doesn't have a notes association. When a note from a corporate user is deleted, how can we determine that using the...

Hello, When a new note is attached or a note is updated for the following entities JobOrder, Candidate, ClientContact, CorporateUser how does it appear in the updatedProperties of the subscribed events? RESOLVED: Querying UserType entity

Hello,

I am trying to query a UserType entity with a particular id and I get the following error

'Entity disallow query! entity=UserTypeDto'

Not sure what this means, or why this entity disallows querying?

Regards,

Re: updatedProperties not present in eventsGetEvents response

Thanks Simon. I see the updatedProperties for JobOrders and Candidates. I had a couple of follow-up questions (not sure if I should ask them here or as a separate topic) Question 1 I noticed that the updatedProperties can contain entity fields as well as entity associations. For example, JobOrder up...

Re: Unable to get access token

Hi Sam, Thanks for the response. I tried all of the following 1. Cleared cache and tried reposting using Postman. Same error. 2. Tried opening Chrome in private browsing mode. Same error. 3. Tried changing client id and client secret - one at a time - got different error, which tells me that the cli...

updatedProperties not present in eventsGetEvents response

Hello, The BH documentation states that calling eventGetEvents will return entityUpdatedEvent with updatedProperties. However, I don't see this in the response, but see a eventMetaData object (that isn't there in the BH documentation) with a set of key value pairs. How do I know what columns in the ...

Hello - Should I open a ticket with Bullhorn Support for this? This is a showstopper and haven't been able to get a start using the REST API. Any help would be appreciated.

Unable to get access token

Hello, I am able to successfully get the authentication code. However, when I use that in the following URL below, and POST this (using a programming language as well as Postman on Chrome), I always get { "error": "invalid_grant", "error_description": "Invalid, expired, or revoked authorization code...
