Re: Date a job is closed not stored in JobOrder.dateClosed

I'm curious, we require the same functionality. In the year since this question was posted, has Bullhorn enabled this yet? Or do we require a customization? Max_max_mir, I'd be interested to hear what you ended up doing. Thanks, Jacob There isn't much you can do. Unless Bullhorn has fixed it, you'l...

Re: Date a job is closed not stored in JobOrder.dateClosed

Thanks Andrew. We are trying to pull the dates closed with the corresponding job order #, so we can run a custom report as to when a job was marked closed. If there is a workaround to get to this data automatically on a daily basis, that would be great. Does this need custom development on your side?

Re: Date a job is closed not stored in JobOrder.dateClosed

Thanks Andrew,

Is there a plan to make this data available via the API anytime soon?
Is there another way for our company to obtain this raw data in a real time or periodic manner?
Have other customers requested any custom enhancements to get to this data?

Regards,
Yesh

Date a job is closed not stored in JobOrder.dateClosed

Corporation ID: 2573 Everytime a job order is marked "Closed", Bullhorn automatically updates a field with the date this was closed (This may have been a custom enhancement for our company). However, this is not the dateClosed field. Would you be able to tell me which field is being updated with the...

How to get the Corporate Users Title?

Hi,

I am trying to get the title of a corporate user, but it doesn't seem to be present in the CorporateUser Entity, or its associations. Where is this stored and how do I retrieve it?

Corporation ID: 2573

Regards,
Max

Re: Get "looks like we got no XML document" for JobOrder->find()

Hi Andrew - It shouldn't be affecting my code, since I am not displaying any of the HTML. But I am not getting the dto back in the response, so it appears that there may be a problem with the code that returns the dto object. Is there anyway to clean up the HTML and see if that'll do the trick on yo...

Re: HTML returned for JobOrder.publicDescription: bad characters

Here's the raw data I get back from the Bullhorn Webservices API. The raw data contains the invalid characters. <?xml version="1.0" ?> <S:Envelope xmlns:S="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"> <S:Body> <ns2:findResponse xmlns:ns2="http://apiservice.bullhorn.com/"> <return> <session> <client>h...

Get "looks like we got no XML document" for JobOrder->find()

I consistently get "looks like we got no XML document" error for JobOrderIDs 3708, 6953, 7733, 20157 (Corporation ID 2573). Here's my request XML for JobOrderID 3708 <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:xsd="http:/...

HTML returned for JobOrder.publicDescription: bad characters

Hello, This is for Corporation ID 2573. When I retrieve the publicDescription field for JobOrders, a get a lot of bad characters. For JobOrderID 7170 for example, the first line returned (I haven't included the HTML tags for brevity) is - Senior Systems/Solutions Architect – Duluth, GA – 3 to 6 ...

Re: CategoryID and JobOrder relationship

Thanks for the quick response again Andrew. I now understand how categories are structured. I think I figured out the problem with missing categories. If there are multiple categoryIDs associated with a JobOrder, they are returned as an array, but if there is a single cateogoryID, then it returns it...

Re: CategoryID and JobOrder relationship

Thanks Andrew, I did that, and although a single JobOrder is associated with one category only (which is mandatory), the categoryID array that I get back for each job order has either multiple categoryIDs, or none at all. For example, Job Order ID 27462 doesn't return any category IDs, but when I lo...

CategoryID and JobOrder relationship

I am trying to find CategoryID from Category Entity in the JobOrder Entity. The API documentation under Category Entity says "This entity represents a category in which a Candidate or JobOrder can be placed". But I don't see a CategoryID foreign key in the JobOrder Entity (http://www.bullhornstaffin...

Re: Error parsing Bullhorn WSDL - PHP

Thanks for the quick reply Andrew. I haven't tried another product to digest WSDL, but have there been other users with similar complaints? It seems to be happening particularly on just the two (xsd=14 and xsd=26) cases. What other php products do you recommend to digest the WSDL?

Error parsing Bullhorn WSDL - PHP

I get the following errors when parsing the bullhorn WSDL, but this is not consistent (in the sense, if I run the code again, it gives either a different error or it works). Not sure why this is happening. But the error is always at XSD=14 and XSD=26. The workaround I have now is to try 3 times befo...
