Unable to retrieve opportunity data using rest api - 02250324

Post by ashishM » Mon May 23, 2016 7:00 am

Hi,

I have to fetch all the opportunity if isDeleted=false, for the same I am using below URL:
https://rest2.bullhornstaffing.com/rest ... f4174a432c

but always get result as below:
{
"start" : 0,
"count" : 0,
"data" : [ ]
}

is this related to security issue? Please help me asap. :(

Thank you in advance

Hi ashishM,

So there are two things here - firstly we want to make sure the API user in question you are connecting through has access to view the Opportunities (I am assuming without this query other Opportunities to display as you would expect?). If this is the case then the following should resolve your issue.

https://cls2.bullhornstaffing.com/xxxx/ ... sDeleted:0 AND NOT status:Archive&BhRestToken=46677b6f-9eda-4da1-8beb-ea91a5f8a6d8

Where we are searching on the 1/0 value rather then the true/false written option.

Would you mind trying this and letting me know how you get on?

Kind regards,

Hi Simon,

Thanks for your suggestion.

I tried the following URL:

https://rest2.bullhornstaffing.com/rest ... stModified

But no luck. I am always getting zero records. Also I want to get it sorted, when I use 'query' instead of the above 'search' strategy then I use orderBy in URL which is also giving me an error.

URL : https://rest2.bullhornstaffing.com/rest ... stModified

Error: "javax.persistence.PersistenceException: org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: could not execute query"

Will you please focus on this point in detail whether we use the 'search'/'query' and which is the correct way to get the records.
Or whether this is happening due to any permission issue?
