Hello, we occasionally experience this error on our site. Is there any way to completely eliminate this problem from happening? Currently we have set it up so that the client can manually re-connect to Bullhorn. Just curious if anyone has figured out another way to eliminate it completely.

Anne

We have taken steps to make sure our user credentials are no longer being used on our testing site. Our application on the live site syncs with cron to both show job listings and to also allow for users to upload CVs.

Hello annehiatt,

Was a username/password changed at all for the API user that would require a new OAUTH session?

You'll want to be using only the latest refresh token. You can use this call to get new access and refresh tokens:

https://auth.bullhornstaffing.com/oauth ... ent_secret}

Conflicting OAUTH calls can also cause this error to occur, but it sounds like you have already taken steps to keep this from happening by removing the credentials from the test site. I would suggest double checking just to make sure there isn't any conflicting calls anywhere else with either the test or the live site.

Please let me know if these do not resolve the issue for you.

Thank you, Dratcliff
