Problems logging in to the REST API (RESOLVED)

Hello,

I am doing the very first step "Getting an Authorization Code" for a client with the following URL

Code: Select all

https://auth.bullhornstaffing.com/oauth/authorize?client_id=xxxxx&response_type=code
1. I've substibuted the client id for xxxxx above
2. I don't have any redirection, so I don't pass the redirected_uri parameter (which is optional anywys)
3. I don't know what the state parameter is, and I don't need to maintain a session state (if that's what it is), so I don't pass this parameter either.

After using a web-browser (or Postman extension on Chrome), I get one of the following two

1. (More frequent): A Timer already cancelled error in the URL with a redirection to bullhorn.com page:

http://www.bullhorn.com/a/?utm_expid=155673-9.qjTORrsbQmKxVQoNvvGnuw.1&error=server_error&error_description=Timer%20already%20cancelled.
2. (Less frequent): A Get consent page with two buttons (Agree and Decline). Clicking Agree doesn't seem to do anything, and clicking it a couple or more times brings me back to the Timer already cancelled scenario above.

How can I get past this?

I called customer support and looks like this was a BH issue that they took care of. Everything works as expected now!
