Hello Paul,

This is LeAnn from Bullhorn Support.

You are correct that .pdf is an acceptable file extension. I am curious if this file you are using is an image-based .pdf, however. Our parsers are only able to parse information through from text-based documents.

Please let me know if this is not the case or if you have any questions and I will be happy to assist.

Hello Paul,

I have noticed that this call is embedded in another code. Is there any way you can post the pure REST URLs? This will allow me to pick this apart a little better for you. If there is not anything wrong with the call itself, we might need to take a look at one of the files you are trying to parse.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,

I Have moved on and am not getting this error. I think that problem with this call was that we where doing an POST call not PUT call not sure we changed a few items

But that said the PUT call is not work for me see this post viewtopic.php?f=104&t=23607&p=68435#p68435

the request and response are both in the ticket

Do you have a PHP code example of attaching a CV to the candidate?

Hello Paul,

As a part of Bullhorn Support, I would be unable to help with anything other than the pure REST calls, but there might be another developer on these forums that might be able to assist with that.

If you can provide those URLs on the other post, I will be happy to assist with that.

Please let me know if you have any other questions and I will be happy to assist.

Thank you,
