500 Errors

Postby webdevben » Fri Mar 24, 2017 11:34 am

The following urls which are requested when using the career portal (https://github.com/bullhorn/career-portal) are giving me 500 errors:

https://public-rest0.bullhornstaffing.c ... -services/{corpToken}/query/JobBoardPost?where=(isOpen=true)&fields=id,title,publishedCategory(id,name),address(city,state),employmentType,dateLastPublished,publicDescription,isOpen,isPublic,isDeleted&count=20&orderBy=-dateLastPublished&start=0

https://public-rest0.bullhornstaffing.c ... -services/{corpToken}/search/JobOrder?showTotalMatched=true&query=(isOpen:1)&fields=id&sort=id&count=500&start=0

https://public-rest0.bullhornstaffing.c ... -services/{corpToken}/search/JobOrder?showTotalMatched=true&query=(isOpen:1)&fields=id&sort=id&count=500&start=0

They all return:

Code: Select all

{
  "errorMessageKey" : "errors.internalError",
  "errorMessage" : "An internal error has occurred"
}

Any ideas what I need to do to fix this?

Thanks,

-Ben

Hi Ben,

Can you please change the 'rest0' section to 'rest34' and see if it runs successfully?

So for example it would begin like this: 'https://public-rest34.bullhornstaffing.com...'

Sam
