Hi!
I'm trying to get Candidates and i get duplicated candidates.
In Bullhorn we have for example 61000 candidate.Trying to get them i will recieve 61000 but the result will contain 5000 of duplicates, if to try again to get Candidates it will return: 61000 but it will contain 4000 duplicates. The amount of duplicates is random. Also we are querying data by batches of 200, and inside of the batch there are no duplicates.

I'm using these query url: https://rest.bullhornstaffing.com/rest- ... 101T000000 TO 20180101T000000}&fields=secondaryOwners,owner,firstName,lastName,status,source,dateLastModified,dateAdded,type,isDeleted,id&count=200&start=0
How can I avoid duplicates?

Hi Marianbuga,

In order to avoid duplicates in successive calls like this you will want to add a sort parameter. You can adjust the end of your search call to be:

&sort=id&count=200&start=0

I added also this "sort" by id for Note entity and it returns me an error:

I'm using this querry

I tried to use sorting by other field like "dateAdded" and it worked fine.

Is it a Bullhorn issues using sort by id on Note entity ? or my query is wrong?

I don't know if you already found your answer but try sorting by noteID (...&sort=noteID....)
