GDPR API Integration - 03128077

Post by hyperlab » Fri Apr 06, 2018 6:13 am

We already use the REST API to sync vacancies and candidate applications with our website.
We are developing a new asset that we hope will help with our GDPR and Bullhorn.

We have requested the consent management tab for our Bullhorn dashboards, and we are looking to populate this through a web form.
What we would like to know is how we connect to this tab through the API, or perhaps there is documentation that you can point us to?

There doesn't seem to be anything in the official documentation yet, possibly because the GDPR component is a brand new feature?

Do you have a FAQ for the API or a list of things we can actually hook up to through the API?

It would be amazing to know what we can and can't do through the API for the future. We're looking to build on what we have now and keep adapting.

Thanks in advance.

The Consent Tab is simply a customObject in terms of the API. On our developer page, there is an article about locating and interacting with our customObjects: General API documentation is located here:

I have a support ticket open for this question as well in which I will also reply.

Did you manage to find out the names of the field and object? We followed the steps in and got a list of everything. However could still not find the consent object.

Customers need to request that the GDPR object is activated before it becomes available. You will then be able to interact with the consent object with the following URL: ... hRestToken}

The entity name is set to $consentMgmt.
