Custom Tabs not working on customer's instance

Setting up a custom tab and assigning Admin and Standard User to permissions, enabling the tab and setting the URL etc. works fine in the Sandbox. (Note: no partner field is present in the sandbox)

However when going to setup for a customer (logged on as an administrator) and assigning admin and standard groups to User Types for the custom tab, ticking enabled, and setting the URL the tab doesn't appear as an option to add on the entity's Tabs list. (All works perfectly in the Sandbox)

The only difference I can see is that a Partner drop-down list is available on the customer's instance and not the sandbox.

Also I am setting up for the Job entity and set up for Job screens 1-5 just in case, it didn't show up for any of them.

Can someone from Bullhorn support help please?

Hi Bensmith1,

It would be best to have the client open a support ticket and put your contact information in it. Support can then reach out to troubleshoot the specific environment an will have authorization to make changes to the client's account as part of troubleshooting.
