Exported SQL file to Excel and can't see Contacts

Post by Rada314 » Fri Oct 04, 2019 7:09 pm

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask since this isn't a question about API but the Bullhorn support person directed me here. Please tell me if there is a more appropriate home for my inquiry.

I needed to get .xls file of:
1) All the candidates' contacts in my CRM
2) All companies in my CRM
3) All companies contacts in my CRM

I restored sql from back up and exported data into excel.

There were 485 tables total, so mostly not data I cared about.

The "BH_Candidate" table had several thousand records (candidates I've inputted overtime into BH) but not the contact information (name, email, phone, position.)
It had a user ID column so I figured contact info might be in there, but the user table only had 48 records in it.

And I was not able to find company contacts table at all.

Would appreciate any help.

Thank you.

Greetings Rada314,

For this you'll want to query:

BH_UserContact

RecordTypeBits:

1=candidate
2=contact
4=internal (user)
8=lead

For example if you wanted contacts you would do: Select * from BH_UserContact Where recordtypebits = 2.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
