WordPress Plugin versus Portal Page

Post by JeffreyB » Mon Oct 28, 2019 6:54 am

WORDPRESS PLUGIN
I currently use the Bullhorn WordPress plugin. This plugin does not offer the function to create a separate page for a job opening, making it impossible to post it on another portal (e.g. Indeed). The only option I have in the portal is adding Clients' data and adjusting styling and language I do through the code. However, I cannot adjust this so-called i-frame to a full page. Could you please confirm this is the case?

CREATING SEPARATE PAGES FOR JOB TITLES
To create separate pages, I now assume that I need to move out of the WordPress plugin. Is this the case? If so, the I will need to put the GitHub code on a separate domain, e.g. jobportal.clientname.com, to make it visible as an entity next to the WordPress website.

What do you recommend to use and how should I move forward with this?

Look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Thomas

Hi Thomas,

This is Mikaela from Bullhorn Support.

You are correct that if if you want each job on it's own page, you will move off the wordpress plugin and instead use the regular portal. I have provided some documentation that could be helpful.
