Storing Candidate Login & Password on Bullhorn?

Hello,

We are looking to allow our candidates to login to their profiles so that they can update their profile, etc. themselves. Is it possible to store the username and password of each candidate on their Bullhorn profile/record?

We'd also like to be able to restrict access for certain candidates as to what they can change - for example, new candidates are able to change most fields, but candidates who have registered with us previously, and perhaps had an interview with us would be more limited as to what they are allowed to change.

Please advise if these are things that are possible.

Thank you.

Good Afternoon Msaunders.creative,

I would strongly suggest you have a conversation about this with either your Account Manager or with Bullhorn Support via a support ticket. Answering this question will require an in depth review of your candidate/client login system, and possibly other settings on your Corporate account. This is not something we can do over the forums.

With that in mind, the short answers to your questions are as follows.

Is it possible to store the username and password of each candidate on their Bullhorn profile/record? Yes/Maybe This is specifically in relation to the version of Bullhorn you are operating on.

We'd also like to be able to restrict access for certain candidates as to what they can change : Yes, but only for the entire candidate pool. This cannot be controled on a candidate to candidate basis.

Thanks for the response - I spoke to Bullhorn support on the phone, and the person I spoke to advised me to contact you here on the forums... I will go back to them to see what they have to say.

Good Afternoon Msaunders.creative,

I have clarified this internally. Please do re-connect with Bullhorn Support.
