Enabling Bullhorn email

Hello,

We just went live last week and have we have extremely limited support. Apparently outlook is supposed to sync with Bullhorn? I've read where we have to make certain that it is enabled but I cannot find any instructions on how to do so. We all took training but we did not have access to Bullhorn at the time. Any help will be appreciated. Please advise.

Unfortunately that is no help as apparently we did not buy the full support version and I am not authorized. The resource center is totally useless, the one person who is our administrator is overwhelmed. This is not going very well. This forum is a joke.

The problem is that I cannot go into the detail necessary to assist you in the setup of your email over a public forum. I would need you to provide specifics about your setup that should not be public knowledge. That is why I suggested contacting either your Sales Rep or Bullhorn Support directly. I understand that your administrator is overwhelmed, but if your email is not functioning, that needs to be a priority.

Do you know if he/she has opened a Bullhorn Support ticket about this issue already? If so, I can bring that ticket to the attention of Support Management to help streamline the setup process.

As for the Resource Center documentation, there is a lot of information around integrating Outlook that I can link you. Some of the key pages are as follows. If you know specifically the type of integration you are using, I can provide more targeted information.

I looked over your company's ticket list, and I do not see a ticket for this specific issue. As such, I have opened ticket 01669468 to try to address the problems you are currently experiencing. This ticket is opened with the listed Account Contact for your company, and has been brought to the attention of Bullhorn Support Management. If this ends up being related to your company's go live process, the Bullhorn Support rep assigned to the ticket can work directly with your Implementation Consultant to figure out what needs to be fixed.

Hello Patrick,

Thank you for the links. I think I know why the email app is not working. We don't have an exchange server. This was helpful.:)
I did ask my manager to put in a ticket for the resource center defaulting to Sendouts, which we used to have.

BTW, can you send me any links on how to integrate Fieldglass?

I am glad to help.

Fieldglass is not currently a supported Bullhorn Marketplace Partner, so I do not have any documentation on how to integrate their system with Bullhorn directly. It is possible that Fieldglass has developed an integration, but we are unaware of any such solution at this time.

Really, that's interesting. For some reason my corp office thought that it would integrate even with the back office.
