Last Note bug?

Post by gokonski » Sun Feb 19, 2012 6:16 pm

Hey,

I remember reporting prev Last Note issue, but it seems that there is something else going on here. Have a look at 2 screens attached.

When we expand the last note info, the last note info seems to be ‘mixed up’ with older notes. An example below – I saw a few…just showing one.

First screenshot:
2012-02-19_2304.jpg
Candidate Entry View
2012-02-19_2304.jpg (128.06 KiB) Viewed 5806 times
Tearsheet view, as you can see candidate shows with a last note 2/15/2012. The note says the “candidate declined” comment.

Second screenshot:
2012-02-19_2308.jpg
Tearsheet View
2012-02-19_2308.jpg (140.03 KiB) Viewed 5808 times
And as you can see, the note text shown in screenshot #1 was from an older note, not the Feb 15th, 2012 one…not sure why the 2/15/2012 note info didn’t show when we expanded the tearsheet last note.

Note and the reference have been added via new API 2.0.

Please assist asap, as it seems to be a major issue and can end up with candidates being rejected.

Thanks,
Greg

Hey, anyone? Is there any other place I can report this issue? This forum seems to be gone...

Dear gokonski ,

Apologies for the delayed response on your post. This topic appears to be a question/issue related to the core application, not the API's specifically. To better assist you I would suggest that a designated Support or Account contact at the company you are working with call our support line at 617-478-9126. Based on the information provided I have also created a support ticket, 120221-000037 that you can call and refer too.

If you have any questions or concerns about this, please dont hesitate to ask!

Thank you,
