Optimizing Query

Post by vsc007 » Tue Feb 05, 2013 3:10 am

Hi! all,
I am querying 'JobOrder' entity and the response time is too slow. Its taking almost 10-15 seconds to fetch results from bullhorn database (I was reading one of the post on this forum related with query optimization and one guy was saying that he was getting results within one seconds. So I was wondering where I am doing wrong?) and its quite annoying experience. How can I optimize my query to fetch result faster? Any general guideline to follow? I have already added 'isOpen=1', 'isDeleted=0' and 'status!=archive' clauses to my query.

Thanks in advance!
Virendra

Hi vsc007,

Check out the thread "Latency Issue - Category?" found here: http://supportforums.bullhorn.com/viewt ... 3477d08a0f

Another developer was having a similar issue and I posted some guidelines there.
