Form Trigger errors out if there is HTML content

Post by jbungay » Mon Jan 26, 2015 3:35 pm

HI
I trying to set up a form trigger for candidate. I have a very simple case right now. I am returning a test string.
IF works for some candidate and not other. I have track it down to the resume field. If there is data in that field the form trigger will not work.

I have candidate with a no resume the form trigger is allowed to proceed. If I enter in data included in <div></div> it will return the generic "A bullhorn error occurred."

I am not doing anything else , other then open the candidate and clicking save. Why would it matter what the resume field if I am changing it?
More importantly how do I a form trigger to work on the Candidate?

Hi jbungay,

When you get the error in Bullhorn, can you capture the error?

If you view source on the page and search for either "diagnostics" or "rootcause", you'll find the error message.

It looks like my server is rejecting the html field data. What IIS setting to I need to enabled to allow html field to be accepted.
