Tearsheet permanent deletion issue

Post by sourov.chatterjee » Mon Feb 07, 2011 4:25 pm

I am working on a web service app that uses Bullhorn API to delete mass tearsheets permanently(one by one though). I have set the isDeleted flag to 1 but it just flags the tearsheet as deleted instead of permanently deleting the record. I am not sure if I should use delele_me flag to achieve this. Please help.

BTW- this feature is available in Bullhorn system (permanent delete).

Sourov,

There is not currently a function that will allow you to permanently delete a tearsheet from the API.

ok. How can we achieve this alternatively? We have 95000 tearsheets and the system is terribly slow to load Tearsheet data and we would like to reduce the table size by either archiving or perm deleting them.

This can be handled by our Professional Services Team.
