I've followed the postings I've found on this forum and can identify the attachments in our backup for both Candidates and Contacts. However, there are instances where a Facility also has an attachment. How is this identified?

Here are my joins:
FROM BULLHORN1.BH_UserWork uw
JOIN BULLHORN1.BH_UserWorkFile uwf ON uwf.userWorkID = uw.userWorkID --to pull directoy location
JOIN BULLHORN1.BH_UserContact uc ON uw.userID = uc.userID --to pull userID

I assume that your facility maps to a client company. In that case it is a totally different table: BH_ClientCorporationFile.
