Can't find reference checks in our back up

Post by nortiz2 » Fri Jun 26, 2015 2:08 pm

We are unable to find our reference checks from the Ref Ck tab in Bullhorn in our back up. We found a table called UserReference but it only has 18 records in it, which is incorrect. Can you please tell us which data table our reference checks are stored in or if they were missing from our back up?

Thank you!

Sorry for the delay in responding, there was an issue with the notification on the site.

The "Ref Ck" tab is most likely a custom tab, which is stored in the BH_UserAttribute table. This data is stored using field and table IDs from a master table. For assistance in getting the ID mappings, please create a support ticket.
