BH Notes, where Action = email

Post by bhdataq » Mon Apr 14, 2014 3:55 pm

Regarding emails that become Notes (action = email) associated with either a candidate or client...

In BullHorn we're seeing that the notes with an Action = email are truncated. Part of the note will display, but there is a hyperlink reading "more" at the end. When you click "more" you are directed to the actual email correspondence.

In the database Backup, the word "more" is displayed at the end of the note.

What is the logic for determining how much of a note (with action = email) is displayed before the "more" hyperlink appears? Also, how do we get the entire text of the note (action = email) within the database backup, rather than having "more" appear at the end?

There was an issue with notifications on this forum, we truly apologize for the delay in responding.

To get the entire text of the note, you will need to open up the message body of the email. This is stored as a compressed binary in the BH_UserMessage table.
