I am unable to download our standard backup. I am receiving the following error message:
Response: 425 Can't open data connection for transfer of "/"
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing
It appears that my login credentials are working. I have disabled my firewall and it still doesn't work. I've done backups before and this is the first time I've had this issue.
