Email Activities missing from Data Dump

Post by bouynxdor » Mon Aug 29, 2016 3:37 pm

hello. I was told by Bullhorn support to open a string here. She also opened this ticket. Ticket 02284573: Standard Backup Request: Tentek

We had a data dump a few weeks ago and our new company has started the migration and noticed that the Email activities are not in the data dump. Is the Email activity part of the regular data dump or only in the final dump that includes the attachments. Please let me know immediately if it's somewhere they didn't look, if they were accidentally left out, or if they only come in the final data dump.

Good Afternoon Bouynxdor,

Emails are definitely included in the standard backup. A full backup would include all attachments, but it would also include any emails held in Bullhorn.
