Re: Candidate /search via secondarySkills.id lookupNames

Hello iforshaw. If you're attempting to query candidates by "secondarySkills", I cannot see why you are using the field "primarySkills" in your /GET call. Also, if you are going to query on .id, the command requires a number be added for the ID. Please use this format for querying for candidates by ...

Re: Requesting multiple entities causes intermittent time outs

Hi StanAngeloff. Thanks for all the detailed information. When it comes to time outs, this could be caused from many different factors. Internet speed, connection, or latency can all have an effect on it. Also, the amount of information you are pulling back or the amount of filtering being done can ...

Re: Refreshing tokens via cronjob

Hello nusoft. Nothing was changed recently on the Bullhorn side. Was a username/password changed at all for the API user that would require a new OAUTH session? You'll want to be using only the latest refresh token. You can use this call to get new access and refresh tokens: https://auth.bullhornsta...

Re: JobOrder based on Categories

Hi mukeshdhiman. You can do a get function for jobOrders using categories.id. You will need to know the IDs of the categories you are looking to search for. On the documentation, http://developer.bullhorn.com/sites/default/files/BullhornRESTAPI_0.pdf, page 136-137 shows using the "categories" field ...

Re: Unable to Search For Candidates

Hi griggles. After candidates are created, they are pushed into the Bullhorn database. When creating candidates using the web portal, they can be found a couple different ways. If the candidates being created are not being submitted to a job, then they will be given a date added field of the time/da...

Re: Best way to pull joborder to show on website

Hi pheslop. The most efficient method would be to search exactly as you did: isOpen=1 AND isDeleted=0 AND isPublic=1 This would bring up open jobs that aren't deleted and that have been published. Within Bullhorn, the field called "isPublic" is updated automatically. When a job is published to the j...

Re: Attach Resume File using c#- .Net

Hello Erik! My name is Raleigh and I will be answering your REST API question. HttpClient is for .Net. However, I have no personal experience using it for REST. We use a Chrome extension call PostMan that is free and builds directly into your browser. I brought up the documentation to take a look at...
