Re: Trouble with creation of clientcorporations

Greetings!

Any REST API call should be receiving a response indicating either a success or a failure.

Are you receiving that message on your save attempts?

Re: Accepting T&C one off OAUTH

Greetings, My apologies for the late response. In order to remove the terms and conditions requirements, our mutual client will need to request that it be removed. Once that is completed, you will no longer be prompted to accept T&C. Please have them open a ticket with support containing the followi...

Re: Mapping properties from one object to another

Greetings Wtdeveloper, I have a couple of questions on this post. 1. Are you intending for this to be part of the on save action of converting the Lead to a ClientContact? 2. Is PropertyX a standard field, or a CustomObject? There may not be a big difference in my answer, but specifics are always he...

Re: Custom object updates on Job Submission - confirmation

Good Afternoon Bullhornshl, I believe we need a bit of clarification. In general, saving a new submission would not impact the Assessment tab. I will review the environment to see where the crossover may be, but in standard functionality, I do not believe an assessment add would occur upon submissio...

Re: Added New fields but not returnfing or saving data.

Good Morning Chiragw3, At this time, placements are the only entity which allow for customtext 21+ to be returned via the REST apis. If you would open a Bullhorn support ticket, we will be able to add your name to the parent ticket requesting this access. If you have any questions, please let me kno...

Good Morning Arjan,

My apologies for the delay in our response.

Have you had a member of the team reach out with the data pull you were looking to receive? If not, please let me know.

Re: API to Get Status History Details

Good Morning Krishnaiyer, My apologies for missing this post. In case you were still stuck on this issue, you would need to look for the edit history entries. There is not a specific API call for status changes alone, but I personally would suggest using the following. http://bullhorn.github.io/rest...

Re: Need help regarding IFrame management

Greetings Yashpalmeena, My apologies, but this is beyond the scope of the Bullhorn Support team. There are several members of these forums, who are better versed in coding management in these types of scenarios. It is possible, that there will be additional followup from those members, who would be ...

Re: API disconnects approx. 7 days after login

Greetings Etonchev, It is definitely not best practice to tie a login to a given API token. Those tokens are not permanent, and doing so will result in the scenario you are experiencing. If possible, the token should be generated after login is validated. With that said, you may receive more practic...

Re: 500 Error for login

Greetings connectorsTray, The 500 error is representative of a failed connection, and is most likely only related to your code if you are seeing continual failures to authenticate. In terms of a recommended retry, Bullhorn does not provide retry code as every environment is different enough to cause...

Re: Do i need to authorise to just list available jobs?

Greetings Lsatdown,

Yes. In order to connect to your database, you will always need to authenticate first. That is the only way to properly protect your data from unauthorized access.

Re: Invalid refresh tokens

Greetings Kamilb, These are the token specifics. Refresh tokens are not designed to expire. Access Tokens expire quickly though. REST Token: Expires after 30 minutes Access Token: Expires after 10 minutes Refresh Token: Never Expires (Unless a new access token and refresh token are generated) Does t...

Re: get data from ClientCorporation

Greetings Vipultandon, Troubleshooting Curl-PHP is outside of the scope of the Bullhorn Support Team. I would suggest utilizing the forum search tool to find similar Curl related poses. We do have several Curl programmers on this forum, who may also be able to assist you. In the meantime, if you hav...

Re: Willing to share your postman file so I can import?

Greetings Jason, We do not currently have a repository of commonly used Postman files. I will leave the request up in the forums on the off chance that another forum user is willing to share their commonly used actions. In the meantime, I would suggest you take a look at the documentation on http://...
